Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Upgrade

This course is for those of you who have completed the Certificate in IV Assessment and Workplace Training the old BSZ40192.
The six new competencies are listed below. On completion of these 6 units you will be granted with a Statement of Attainment, in partial completion towards the full TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) for the remaining 9 units is also availble. The extent of RPL granted will be dependant upon evidence presented and the cost is separate to the upgrade.

The cost of RPL is $150.00
This will then give you the most up to date training qualification.

Occupational Outcomes
Once successfully completed, this certificate enables students to work in a registered training organisation and/or a TAFE institute. You will have the skills to train in accredited programs in your industry area.
The units covered by the course relate directly to the vocational education system in Australia and how it is managed and implemented. You will also learn how to develop training programs and study how people learn.

• Workplace Trainer/  Assessor
• Program Manager with an RTO
• Trainer/ Assessor in an RTO
• Manager of training in industry

Enrolment:
The Information Session forms the initial stage of the enrolment process, providing an opportunity for prospective students to come along and meet some of the tutors as well as finding out more about the course, prior to enrolment. A student induction kit will be circulated to those who choose to enrol at this stage.

Total fees in 2008 for the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Upgrade are:
