Learn a range of life saving skills and supportive treatments to manage casualties in a wide range of emergency situations.

Mental Health First Aid

1 in 5 people will experience a mental health illness

Would you know how to help?
Mental Health First Aid is a course which teaches first aid skills for mental health crisis situations and the early stages of mental health problems.

Who can attend?
Anyone can attend. It should be noted that this is NOT a substitute for seeking professional help and participants are not trained to be counsellors. It is an educationcal course.
