Following Workplace Hygiene Procedures

This unit is appropriate for all members of the Hospitality and Food Retail industries. Meeting the minimum staff training requirements for all kitchen and waiting staff, house-keeping and customer service attendants, this is the mandatory competency for all staff working in the food industry.

Implement Food Safety Procedures
Code: THHBCC11B

Workplace Food Safety Supervision is a mandatory competency for all Hospitality Food Safety supervisors. It is imperative to be able to understand the HACCP system, how it works and how to implement it in your workplace. A unit from Part 1 is a pre-requisite for this one-day workshop.

Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
Code: THHBFB09B

The Liquor Licensing Victoria approved training session provides service staff with the knowledge and awareness to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises. Essential for hotel, restaurant, licensed supermarkets and bottle shop staff.
