Basic Cheese making
In this day workshop you can choose to make your own cheddar, wensleydale, fetta, parmesan, gouda or haloumi cheese! All equipment is provided on the day, and for those who get the bug, kits are available for purchase so you can make your own cheese at home. Just bring a clean ice cream container in which to take home your finished product. Date: Saturday, 8th August Time: 10.00am - 3.00pm Cost: $110.00 (includes lunch!) Date: Saturday, 15th August Time: 10.00am - 3.00pm Cost: $120.00 (bring your own lunch to share!)
You will experience some fo the French culturs and learn helpful hints to "survive" a trip to France. Date: 8 weeks per term Time: 7pm - 9pm Monday nights Cost: $100.00 per term
